I have my home and auto insurance through Avalue for about a year. Their rep called me and told me that rates were going up with my current carrier, and she was already shopping other carriers to try to get a better rate. I don’t know of another company that would do that!

Extremely responsive and helpful through the process of buying landlord homeowners insurance. Made shifts throughout to accommodate changes needed by the lender. Competitively priced.

Our first home purchase had last minute complications with Homeowners Insurance. Sarah did several things to step up for us. She worked incredibly hard and creatively in a short period of time to find a solution. In addition to being responsive, she was patient and excellent at explaining complicated policy details. Our recent renewal was also complicated and she laid out our options very clearly at a time when we were very busy. Building trust is hard, and I am grateful to have Sarah looking out for our best interests.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! The lower rates and increased coverage were amazing. So responsive and professional! We recently had a large homeowner’s claim through Safeco. Everyone we worked with was kind, knowledgeable and caring. No hassles, fabulous service. The workmen they sent were top-notch. I could trust them completely, and the workmanship was impeccable. Too bad Avalue isn’t in the health insurance business!!!

Most impressive has been their full support and customer service. I had an accident and rolled my car, they helped me handle the claim and got coverage for my new lease, it took only one phone call!
